Slack
Notifications
Post review nudges, league standings and competition results into a channel.
In plain English
This is a notificationsintegration — it doesn't send items for review, it keeps your team in the loop where they already work. Connect a Slackchannel and LoopQuest posts the things worth knowing: when reviews are piling up, how the league and competitions are going, and when someone levels up. It's a one-way feed from LoopQuest into Slack.
When you'd use it
Keep the queue visible where your team already works. LoopQuest posts a daily nudge when reviews are waiting, the weekly league podium, competition start/finish, and reviewer rank-ups — so the review habit stays alive without anyone opening the dashboard.
What gets posted
The updates LoopQuest sends to your Slack channel.
Pending-review nudge
A daily message when items are waiting — how many, and how old the oldest is — so the queue keeps moving.
League & competition updates
The weekly Arena podium, plus a post when a competition goes live and when it finishes with the winning team.
Rank-ups
A quick ping when a reviewer levels up, to keep the gamified loop visible to the whole team.
What you'll need
- A LoopQuest workspace that's doing some review work — that activity is what generates the updates.
- An incoming webhook URL for the Slack channel you want the messages to land in.
- Manage workspace access in LoopQuest, so you can paste the webhook URL into settings.
How to set it up
- 1In Slack, create an Incoming Webhook for the channel you want (Slack → Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add to Slack).
- 2In LoopQuest, open Manage workspace → paste the webhook URL into the Slack / Teams webhook field and save.
- 3That's it — nudges, standings, competition results and rank-ups now post to that channel. (Microsoft Teams incoming webhooks work the same way.)
